Welcome to our Prenatal Birth Class and Pregnancy Exercise program!

- Pregnancy is a beautiful and exciting time in a woman's life, but it can also be overwhelming and stressful. Our program is designed to help you prepare for the birth of your child by providing you with the knowledge and skills you need to have a safe and healthy pregnancy and delivery.
- Our prenatal birth class is led by experienced childbirth educators who will guide you through everything you need to know about labor, delivery, and postpartum care. We will cover a range of topics including stages of labor, signs and symptoms of labor, and natural pain relief during labor. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers and share your experiences and concerns.
- In addition to our prenatal birth class, we also offer a pregnancy exercise session to help keep you active and healthy throughout your pregnancy. Our certified fitness instructors will guide you through safe and effective exercises that will help improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
- The program will also cover a Prenatal Breastfeeding session for expectant mothers who want to learn more about the basics of breastfeeding and how to get started. Our certified lactation consultants will guide you through the basics of breastfeeding, including proper latch techniques, positioning, and common challenges.
